ENEL SHOP – TERMS OF USE

1. GENERAL

• ENEL SHOP Services: All interactions, transactions, and activities between Users and ENEL SHOP.

• Terms of Use: A legally binding agreement outlining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Users and ENEL SHOP.

• User: Any party, registered or unregistered, who accesses or uses ENEL SHOP.

• Account: User data registered on ENEL SHOP, including email, username, and other credentials.

• Data & Information: Any User information that can be identified directly or indirectly, either electronically or non-electronically.

• Payment Partners: Third-party payment providers used to process User transactions.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

1. Users must read, understand, and comply with all ENEL SHOP policies before using the platform.

2. Users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information when using ENEL SHOP.

3. Users agree to update their personal information when necessary.

4. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are prohibited from sharing login details with third parties.

5. Users are prohibited from using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to monitor or copy content from ENEL SHOP.

6. Users may not use ENEL SHOP for any illegal activities under applicable international laws.

7. Users agree to act in good faith when submitting complaints or issues to ENEL SHOP.

8. ENEL SHOP reserves the right to suspend or block User accounts without prior notice if any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity is detected.

9. Users may not use ENEL SHOP branding, images, or materials for personal gain without permission.

10. ENEL SHOP is not responsible for losses caused by User negligence, including sharing login info, clicking unknown links, or mishandling accounts.

11. Users confirm that all personal information submitted is their own.

12. Users are prohibited from collecting or using other Users’ data in violation of privacy laws.

13. Users may not perform actions that disrupt, damage, or interfere with ENEL SHOP systems or services.

14. Users may not misuse the platform to impersonate others.

15. Users must be at least 13 years old unless supervised or permitted by a parent/guardian.

4. TRANSACTIONS

1. Users must follow the purchase and checkout procedures provided on ENEL SHOP.

2. Users agree not to share proof of purchase with external parties. Any losses resulting from sharing such information are solely the User’s responsibility.

3. Users understand that additional fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method.

4. Users must complete payments according to the total amount shown at checkout. ENEL SHOP is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect transfers.

5. Suspicious transactions may be reported to authorities if necessary.

6. ENEL SHOP is not responsible for fraud conducted by external parties impersonating ENEL SHOP due to User negligence.

7. ENEL SHOP is not liable for disputes between Users.

5. PAYMENTS

1. Users must use the available secure international payment methods provided by ENEL SHOP (e.g., PayPal, debit/credit card, or other supported payment channels).

2. All payments are final and cannot be reversed unless stated in ENEL SHOP’s refund policy.

6. REFUND POLICY

1. ENEL SHOP does not accept cancellations or refunds in any form (no cash or digital refunds).

2. Refunds are only eligible if:

   • The purchased game account cannot be accessed/login upon first login attempt, or

   • The account suffers from a major issue that makes it unusable immediately after purchase.

3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed only according to ENEL SHOP’s internal review and policies.

4. ENEL SHOP reserves the right to investigate, delay, or reject refund requests if fraud, misuse, or terms violations are detected.

7. PROMOTIONS

1. ENEL SHOP may offer promotions at any time based on internal policies.

2. ENEL SHOP may cancel or withdraw promotions without prior notice for reasons including system security or abuse prevention.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. All ENEL SHOP services are subject to applicable international digital commerce standards.

2. Disputes should first be resolved amicably between ENEL SHOP and the User.

3. If no agreement is reached, ENEL SHOP reserves the right to determine the most appropriate jurisdiction for legal resolution.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold ENEL SHOP harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal costs arising from User violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
